When are bottles replaced?
After completing the subscription, the day for filling the bottles will be determined by the sales representative
Empty bottles will be replaced with others filled with water once a week.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery is made during working hours during the week
from Saturday to Thursday
From 7 am to 6 pm
Is a water dispenser provided?
Yes, high-efficiency water dispenser are provided
It has a two-year warranty from the date of purchase

What is the water composition ratio?
Empty Bottle Deposit
When starting the contract or delivery service, the customer has to pay a deposit fee for empty bottles. Once the contract ends or coupons are completed, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
How much is the bottle deposit?
The deposit fee for each bottle is 13 S.R and can be refunded if the customer returns the empty bottle to our sales team.
What is the reason bottle deposit?
PC bottles are expensive, and the customer is required to pay a portion of the actual cost.
